Salem, NJ – A man from Salem County has been charged with animal cruelty after authorities discovered four starving and neglected pit bulls last week. New Jersey State Police were called to a residence on Fairton-Millville Pike in Fairfield Township, Cumberland County, on February 6 following an animal complaint.
