EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ – On October 4, Rebecca Halbach and Brandon Leconey were once again charged in relation to a significant animal cruelty and neglect investigation at 680 E. Main Street. The arrests came after uncovering that Halbach, aided by Leconey, falsely represented herself as an employee of a local animal rescue, misleadingly handling adoptions and animal care. Though she had no official ties to the animal rescue, Halbach managed to collect over $7,000 from her deceitful activities.
