GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at approximately 2:01 PM, a tragic pedestrian motor vehicle accident occurred at Bacharach Rehabilitation, located at 61 W. Jimmie Leeds Road. The Galloway Township Police Department responded to the scene. The incident involved James McNeal, 82, of Absecon, who was driving a 2021 Grey Nissan SUV. As McNeal was pulling into a parking space, he accelerated, causing his vehicle to strike a 2015 Red Hyundai Tucson, and then Joseph C. Zadroga, 76, of Little Egg Harbor, who was standing beside his parked Hyundai. Zadroga was subsequently pinned underneath the Nissan. Emergency
