MARLTON, NJ — A 7-11 employee was assaulted during a robbery on October 23 when a man and a woman stole multiple boxes of cigarettes from the 2 E. Main Street store. At approximately 9:10 PM, the pair entered the store and spent nearly 30 minutes inside before the male subject went behind the counter. He began taking cigarette boxes while the female attempted to distract the store employee. When the employee tried to intervene, the male subject assaulted him by delivering multiple punches. Both individuals fled the scene with the stolen goods and were last seen leaving the parking
